Rixin Group was founded in 1996 and is located in Zhulin Town, Jintan, Changzhou. It is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and development, production, and sales of composite materials.

The group has established a research and development center in Shanghai and multiple production subsidiaries. Its main products include unsaturated polyester resin, vinyl resin, SMC/BMC molding materials, rubber jackets, and various composite materials. 1.Safety Management

What you need to do:

Follow the safety director to manage the safety in the factory. Go around the site on a daily basis to see if there are any hidden dangers; Establish and maintain a safety ledger and system. Safety is the lifeline of a chemical plant, and this position is important and highly respected

We hope you:

25-35 years old, college degree or above in chemical engineering, with more than 2 years of safety management experience, meticulous and responsible in work. Having a registered security engineer certificate is certainly better, but it's okay if not. Let's grow together

We can offer you:

Take six days off and one rest day, free work meals, salary negotiable (with sufficient ability and easy to negotiate treatment)

2.Assistant Engineer

(Rixin Resin Laboratory)

What you need to do:

Perform chemical synthesis and analytical testing in the laboratory. Don't worry, we have experienced masters who can guide you step by step from basic operations to formula debugging. This is a position where one can learn real skills

We hope you:

25-35 years old, majoring in chemical engineering/chemistry related fields, with a college degree or above. It's best to have experience in synthesis, but if you don't have experience, we also welcome those with strong learning and hands-on abilities

Six days off and one day off, free work meals, mentorship by mentors, salary negotiable

3.Quality Inspector

What you need to do:

Responsible for product analysis and testing, ensuring the final pass of product quality. The job is not difficult, someone can teach, just be careful

We hope you:

30-45 years old, with a high school diploma or above, meticulous and responsible in work. If you have no experience and are willing to learn, priority will be given to those who live near Jintan Zhulin for convenient commuting

4.Production Operator

(DCS automatic control system)

What you need to do:

In the central control room, the entire production process is monitored through the DCS system, without the need for heavy physical labor. The main tasks are watching screens, adjusting parameters, and making records. High degree of automation, clean and tidy working environment

We hope you:

25-35 years old, college degree or above (vocational school chemical engineering major is also acceptable), organized and stable in work. It doesn't matter if you don't have experience, we will provide training and have a mentor to guide you.

5.Production assistant worker

What you need to do:

Responsible for production feeding and finished product packaging, with a master to guide and quick to get started. The job is not complicated, it just requires diligence and willingness to work hard

We hope you:

30-45 years old, with a high school diploma or above, good health, able to endure hardship, and down-to-earth in work. If you have no experience and are willing to learn, priority will be given to those who live near Zhulin

6.Mechanic

What you need to do:

Responsible for the daily maintenance and repair of equipment in the factory, ensuring the normal operation of production. There are many equipment in the factory, so we can learn a lot

We hope you:

30-45 years old, high school diploma or above, strong hands-on ability, willing to endure hardship. Priority will be given to those with electrician and welding certificates, and priority will be given to those living near Zhulin

7.Foreign Trade Specialist

What you need to do:

Responsible for the foreign trade sales and overseas market development of the company's products. Our products are exported to multiple countries, and the platform has been established. We are waiting for you to showcase your skills

We hope you:

College degree or above, with over 2 years of foreign trade experience, able to communicate in English normally. I enjoy interacting with people and have a strong drive

8.Chef

What you need to do:

Responsible for the management and cooking of the company cafeteria, with approximately 100 people for lunch and 80 people for dinner. Whether the employees eat well or not depends entirely on your cooking skills. This is a very fulfilling position - everyone eats well and works with enthusiasm

We hope you:

30-50 years old, good at cooking, knowledgeable in various cuisines, loves cleanliness and hygiene. Priority is given to homes near Zhulin

We can offer you:

Normally, there are no days off (cooking is required for normal production in the factory), and you also rest during major holidays when the entire factory is on vacation. Salary negotiable, good craftsmanship and preferential treatment
